Online reservations are intended to be a convenient way for you to contact us and to plan your trip. You can cancel your reservation by calling us or using our contact form. Please let us know about your cancellation at least two hours before the scheduled date and time. Please provide your name and a phone number or email where we can contact you regarding your reservation. Once you submit a reservation, you will be contacted. We will contact you via phone or email to confirm your pick-up date, pick-up location and destination. To better serve you, please make your reservations at least (2) two hours before your schedule. In order to best accommodate your reservations, at least 24 hours is preferred.
